Location Options: Environmental portraits at your office, preferred location, or venue across East Anglia (no travel charges), or studio portraits on location
Deliverables: Three fully retouched, high-resolution images ready for immediate use
Additional Images: £60 each if you want variety across platforms or team bios

Your portrait session is tailored to your needs. Environmental portraits capture you in your natural professional context for authentic, approachable images.
Studio portraits can deliver a cleaner, more controlled look, ideal for formal leadership presentations or corporate materials. Both approaches use professional lighting and comprehensive retouching to ensure you look your absolute best.
All images are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs, fully retouched and ready to use across LinkedIn, your website, email signatures, marketing materials, and print. Every image is licensed for use indefinitely across all your platforms.
If you need additional images for team bios, different social platforms, or updated versions, I can provide additional retouched images at £60 each.
The process
Step 1: Pre-Session Consultation
We'll discuss your goals, the context in which your portrait will be used, your preferred style (formal, approachable, or dynamic), and any specific concerns. This conversation ensures we're aligned on vision before you arrive.
Step 2: The Portrait Session
On location in your office, at a venue, or an outdoor setting of your choice, I will guide you through the session. If you're camera-shy, don't worry, I am too! It's my job to make professional people feel natural and confident. I can capture you in various setups: seated, standing, casual, formal, and environmental (with your workspace visible). Multiple shots mean you'll have genuine variety, not just slight variations.
Step 4: Beyond the Session
Your images are yours to use immediately upon delivery. I am happy to answer questions about which portraits work best for LinkedIn versus your website, or how to crop an image for different social platforms.
Clients return for updated portraits annually, a smart practice as your business evolves.
Step 3: Professional Editing & Delivery
I upload your images to a private gallery where you can select which one you want fully retouched. I edit every image you select to enhance your natural appearance, with subtle retouching, colour grading, and composition refinement. You'll receive all final images within 7 days.

You'll still look like you, just your best self. If you have specific retouching requests, we'll discuss them during the editing process.
