Personal Branding Photography – Comprehensive visual toolkit at £899. Ideal for founders, executives, and thought leaders who need a cohesive set of images across multiple platforms and contexts. 3-4 hour session.

Corporate Events – Professional event photography capturing your team, leadership moments, and key interactions. Starting at £475. Perfect for conferences, product launches, team celebrations, and internal events across East Anglia.

Before You Book: What to Know

How far in advance should I book?

I recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. I do accommodate rush bookings when availability allows, just let me know your deadline when you get in touch. Most sessions can be scheduled within 1-2 weeks, and images are delivered within 7 days of shooting.

What's your cancellation policy?

I understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule, simply let me know at least 7 days before your session. I will move you to another available date at no charge. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a 50% cancellation fee, though I am happy to discuss extenuating circumstances. Full refunds are available if we need to cancel on my end.

Do you offer rush bookings or same-week sessions?

Yes, subject to availability. If you have a pressing deadline, a new LinkedIn profile needed this week, or an urgent headshot for a board presentation, get in touch immediately. I will do my best to accommodate. Rush bookings may incur a small additional fee, depending on the turnaround time.

What should I wear? Do you have any wardrobe recommendations?

Wear something that makes you feel confident and reflects your professional identity. I typically recommend solid colours or subtle patterns that photograph well and won't distract. Avoid busy patterns, very bright neons, or overly casual clothing. During your pre-session consultation, we'll discuss your wardrobe in detail and make specific recommendations based on your industry, the context where your portrait will be used, and the overall look you're aiming for.

I'm camera-shy. Will I feel uncomfortable?

Not at all. The majority of my clients describe themselves as uncomfortable in front of the camera before their session; it's completely normal. My approach is conversational and relaxed. I guide you through poses and positioning while keeping the atmosphere light and genuine. You'll see images as we shoot them, and we adjust based on what feels right. By the end of the session, most clients are genuinely surprised at how natural they felt and how good the images look. I have built my entire approach around making professional people feel confident.

How does the session work? What's the actual process?

You'll arrive at your session relaxed and prepared. We start with a brief chat to align on vision and address any last-minute concerns. Then we move into shooting. I’ll capture you in various setups: seated, standing, formal, approachable, environmental (with your workspace visible), and candid-style. The entire session typically lasts 60-120 minutes, depending on your service. There's no rushing; we ensure you have a genuine variety to choose from. After the session, I handle all editing (colour grading, retouching, composition refinement) and deliver all final images within 7 days, organised by style.

How many final images will I receive?

This depends on your service. Business Portraits includes three fully retouched images. Personal Branding includes 6-8 images. If you want additional images beyond your package, they're available at £60 each. All images are high-resolution JPEGs ready for web, print, and all platforms.

Can you remove blemishes, wrinkles, or other features?

Yes. I perform subtle retouching, skin smoothing, blemish removal, and minor wrinkle reduction as standard. My approach is natural enhancement, not extreme alteration. You'll still look like yourself, just your best self. If you have specific retouching requests beyond standard editing, we'll discuss them during your post-session consultation.

Can I use the images everywhere, LinkedIn, my website, print materials, events, etc.?

Absolutely. Use them on your website, LinkedIn, email signatures, business cards, printed marketing materials, presentations, articles, anywhere you need them.

What if I'm not happy with the images?

I stand behind my work. If the images don't meet your expectations, we'll discuss what's not working and reshoot at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is my priority. That said, I've found that most concerns disappear once clients see the edited versions, retouching and colour grading transform the raw images considerably.

What's your turnaround time for edited images?

All images are professionally edited and delivered within 7 days of your session. This includes colour grading, retouching, and composition refinement. If you need images urgently for a specific deadline, let me know in advance, and I can often expedite delivery.

Do you offer team or group bookings?

Yes. For team portraits, leadership headshots across your organisation, or group/event photography, I offer tailored packages. The process is similar to individual sessions but scaled for your team size. Get in touch with details about your team and what you need, and I will provide a custom quote.
